What does your photograph say about you?
Having the right image on your web site is vital. In the world of instant visual gratification we surf the net only stopping for longer than 2 seconds when an image grabs our attention. When this image is your photograph what do you want it to portray? I recently asked one of my photographers to take a new photograph of me and changed my web site image of my self to reflect our style of photography and show a relaxed and approachable side that wasn't there before.

The Importance of a Good Profile Head Shot
As a London Portrait Photographer I'm often advising clients on the importance of a good head shot.
Our image pops up everywhere now whether it's on our own web site, one of the many social networking sites or maybe a dating web site.
It is important that the image you display best represents what you want to portray. If you're a financial advisor would you wear beach clothes? Probably not, you wouldn't be taken seriously. Likewise for a dating web site would you wear a suit and tie? I think people would expect you to be a boring date. Look at others images and what does it tell you about them?
When you have a shoot with us even if it's just for a profile head shot we still encourage you to bring a selection of clothes and we'll photograph using different backgrounds. This gives you a whole selection of images for you to use in different environments. You'll notice my Twitter head shot Follow me on Twitter is very different to the image on my website Tim.

Children's Themed Portraits
Kids don't take much encouragement to dress up and play the part. I wanted to create an image where the viewer can make up the story. These images are being printed for our client as large wall art photographs in heavy frames.
